My son had just had his 7th birthday party here, he chose to have the laser tag party. He thought it was absolutely fantastic and has already asked to do the same next year! It was very reasonably priced, and with the food included for all kids, very good value for money. All members of staff was very friendly and helpful. Theyre very good at keeping the kids entertained too. We took a few decorations with us to decorate the table and the staff was happy to help with this too. By the time the kids had a normal play and their food, all the public had left. So they had full run of the place with their laser guns, which they all very much enjoyed, even some of the adults joined in. I would definitely recommend Cheeky dinos for anyone looking for a party!

We held our son's 6th birthday party at Cheeky Dino on a Saturday evening. The staff, management and catering were all excellent (I had a lot of positive reviews from parents about the quality of the chicken nuggets 😀) I'd happily recommend Cheeky Dino as a party venue for young kids. They all seemed to really enjoy themselves. Thank you for a great time

Visited for the first time this morning and unfortunately, really not impressed. We arrived at 10am, so it had been open for an hour, and it was so cold you could see your breath. It was also so sparse, for a soft play that boasts "multiple rooms," it was barren with next to nothing for our 2 year old to do. The most concerning thing however, was the fact that the person who was meant to be manning the reception was NEVER there. We were waiting 10 minutes to be let out of the little gate system before she reappeared - a huge concern when the gate is so low anyone could just jump over it and enter (which is why NO OTHER soft play leaves their reception area unmanned!) Do not waste your money, not when you can go somewhere like Fun Drum or Monkey Bizz and get way more for your money.

After reading the reviews I was a little apprehensive but the Grandkids enjoyed themselves which was the main idea. I can't say I smelt an oil smell. Its a metal structurd building and I could smell that if that makes sense. The main play area is kept very clean, toilets no so much so. The layout is weird with 3 different areas and I felt the need to stay with the girls in the main slide area as next to the entrance which is often unmamned. Also to add during the winter months, it's freezing cold! Didn't eat or drink so can't comment on that. Says parking but you would have to be lucky to nab a spot. Value for money, pretty lame but as I said, Grandkids were happy and the staff I had any interaction with were polite.

We took the kids last week and was a little disappointed. No one on the front desk so we stood for almost 20 minutes waiting by the front doors until we had to get the attention of a parent to go ask for help. We were told there was a sensory room which I was happy to take my baby in but it's basically just a dark room with a laser light shining around the room and a shiny panel on the wall. I also noticed the area outside this room and leading to the toilets towards the back of the establishment, had a huge mount in the flooring, enough that almost 5 or 6 kids when running; tripped over it and hit the floor. Don't get me wrong there was hazard tape over the top to warn you, but for kids when running, they definitely didn't take notice. Plus outside a sensory room that's good for babies, if your carrying one and don't notice said tape, that could be a little dangerous? One thing that stood out to me the most and that I and several other parents thought was rather distasteful of the establishment was the WiFi password shown on the wall... "Ihatekids" don't really see the funny side to that when your bread and butter is entertaining kids 😬 Other than that and the smell of old oil, the kids didn't care and enjoyed themselves. Just could do with a little 'pick me up'? On the place and it would be better and maybe a change of WiFi password

A child managed to climb through a hole and get on top of the play structure. Obviously supervised the child didn't get far. Reported it to staff. I ended up fixing it myself as it wasn't safe for the chrilden. Soon as they see escape, they take it kids will be kids. This should have been acted on immediately, not half arsed (get to it soon) kind of attitude. Other than this, the place was clean enough. And the host for the bday was wonderful. But management should upkeep the place better.

My granddaughter, of 20 months, had the time of her life. Food/drinks available at reasonable prices. Different areas available for various ages. Definitely recommend. Also staff very helpful and friendly.

To be completely honest, I really feel the owners need to add more to the existing structures. It's really small, if you have children under the age of 5 then this place is lovely. Any robust and lively kids over this age, they will bore themselves out within the first hour. The staff are lovely and the facilities are good also. I just think personally that this particular soft play is more for the really younger children.
